C4’s goals are to:

• All possible sites for a new cruise terminal should be studied, considering both positive and negative impacts, so the best option for Charleston is selected.
• Establish legally binding limits on the number, size and frequency of cruise ship visits
• Provide/require onshore power for cruise ships docking in Charleston
• Provide all cruise lines coming to Charleston with the Charleston Cruise Ship Code of Conduct
